Even through this is still a work in progress, and the USPS api does not work very well in test mode i’ve decided to share this since i was having hard time finding something that is reliable enough to use. You can check the code and examples that are present so far and comment. It appears that most of the functionality does not work in test mode so you’ll need to get production access to be able to actually use this properly....
